We don't just take anyone. We use a multi-step verification process to ensure only high-quality corporate and leisure guests enter your realm. We do not accept anybody that does not have a history of AirBnb.com, booking.com or Stays.com bookings prior to securing a few nights stay in your realm. Additionally all guests undergo ID verification and provide a deposit prior to being able to enter you realm.
We take safety and protecting your assets seriously. To this end, we install additional fire and smoke detectors, Smart noise and occupancy monitoring sensors (privacy compliant!). Where possible, and allowable we install security camera's to monitor the public space & smart key/locks.
In addition to coverage like AirCover from AirBnB we operate with our own comprehensive Public Liability Insurance, providing a double-layer of protection alongside your existing landlord insurance. We also secure additional insurances from the likes of ShareCover to specifically provide additional coverage when their are booked guests in the premises. Copies can be provided for every stay.
From the outset we are clear about our intention to sub-let, and doing it right. You receive a regular "State of the Realm" report, including 5–10 high-resolution photos showing the property's current condition. We also happily except increased inspections by your managing realesate agent as another layer of peace of mind.
